William Roberts is a Personal Lines Account Manager at Lowcountry Insurance, where he works with individuals and families to help them find the appropriate coverage for their needs. William joined the agency in 2026 after beginning his insurance career as a Customer Service Representative and enjoys the opportunity to learn something new each day while serving clients.
A Beaufort, South Carolina native, William earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of South Carolina. Outside the office, he enjoys weightlifting, sports, and collecting. William is also an Eagle Scout, a distinction that reflects his dedication, leadership, and commitment to service.
To me, being an advocate means being on the side of the customer.
