Nancy Pinckney serves as Director of First Impressions for Lowcountry Insurance, where she plays an important role in creating a welcoming experience for every client. Since joining the agency in 2020, Nancy has enjoyed building relationships with both coworkers and customers and helping ensure that everyone who connects with the agency receives friendly, attentive service.
Originally from Marion, Iowa, Nancy now calls Port Royal home. She enjoys being part of a team that values community and connection and takes pride in being the first point of contact for many clients visiting or calling the office.
To me, being an advocate means being on the side of the customer. Part of what makes us so competitive is that we have so many companies to shop from in order to provide curated programs that match our customers’ needs.
