Martin J. Higgins was originally from Pennsylvania. Martin came to the Lowcountry in 1995. He graduated from the University of Dayton and has advanced degrees from the University of Maryland. He first experienced Beaufort while serving in the United State Marine Corps. Martin specializes in the insurance needs of senior citizens with emphasis on Medicare supplements, long term care insurance, and life products associated with estate planning.
